I bought a GBRS hat from them and my money got refunded. I emailed asking why and it was because the last one sold right before I ordered it so it went out of stock. They got back with me quickly and refunded my money. I ordered another hat and they had it packaged and shipped that day. Received my package on the 3rd day after ordering. I have no complaints and will definitely buy from Tactical Distributors again.

Absolute scam artists. This company posts photos of the GBRS Group Assaulter Belt ($265 shipped) with a drop leg holster mount. At that price range and being that they don't mention even just one time that it does NOT come as a package OR "items in photo not included" ...a buyer is fair to assume you get what is in the photos. Nope! The metal holster attachment does not come with the belt system. It's literally $265 for a gosh dang GUN BELT! Are you kidding me! ...I'll never order anything from this company again. What a joke.

i have been buying the Carlos Ray pants since 2012 or 13. hands down best pants ever. breathable, durable and stretchy. wear them every day for the past 6 years to work. great company, no problem returns. great prices and an awesome reward system. cant recommend these guys enough!

Ordered a $600 jacket from the site before Christmas with $5 overnight shipping. Never shipped. Followed up days later by phone and was promised by Ms. Taylor Stone that it would ship that day (Dec. 26). Never heard anything nor did I receive a tracking number so I called again Dec. 27th to be told that the warehouse had left but that I would get a call back today, Monday, the 30th. No call, no followup - nothing. Not happy. This will be my last order with TD despite spending over $8,000 with them this year.

Absolouty shocking service. I ordered something that took over 2 months to be shipped I then asked if I could cancel the order. The admin lady sent me a form which I filled out three times and still they did not refund me. After promising me that I would get my refund they then sent the item that I no longer needed as I had bought it elsewhere.

Over all awesome company.. great gear, edc grey man. This company has never let me down. I've placed numerous orders and referred multiple people. All transactions have been smooth, accurate and rapid. Thank you guys for equipping me us with the proper gear for our lifstyle.. prices are pretty unbeatable for the quality of kit compared to competitors.. cant go wrong. Good luck and God speed!.

I love these pants! They stretch everywhere they need to and the pockets are great! The only reason I’m giving them a 4 out of 5 is because I’m worried the seems on the legs are beefy enough. When I’m putting them on and taking them off I can see light through the sewing needle holes quite clearly. I wish they were reinforced or something because I’m sure I will wear through them soon or the stitching may bust and the seam split.

My only negative is the belt loops are thin and in need of improvement. One cargo pocket was sewn partially shut but I did like them enough to buy 3 more. I own several pairs of competitors (starts with 5) and they work great for work. Carlos Rays are for casual and still pocket friendly to be tactical enough for me. Extremely comfortable!! Run larger 1 size than competitors.

Placed my order and it shipped the same day, arrived faster than expected, a day early. Arrived with a TD sticker and 3 mini toy commandos red, white & blue.
This is the third order I’ve placed with them, shipping has been fast and one return/exchange was quick as well with no issues. All their products have been top notch, great quality.🇺🇸
